France is the latest country to reject demands made by Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu to pull back the UN peacekeeping force in southern Lebanon, Al Jazeera reports.
“The protection of peacekeepers is an obligation incumbent on all parties,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
