Philippe Lazzarini, the head of the UN Palestinian refugee agency UNRWA, has said Palestinians in Gaza Strip were again on the “edge of a man-made famine”, Reuters reports.
“Hundreds of thousands of people are again being pushed to move to the south, where living conditions are intolerable,” Lazzarini told the Security Council.
“Yet again, Gazans are teetering on the edge of a man-made famine,” he added.
