Turkiye’s foreign minister and Lebanon’s Mikati hold phone call, ministry says

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati discussed the latest developments and humanitarian situation in Lebanon in a phone call, Turkiye’s foreign ministry said in a statement, Reuters reports.

Fidan told Mikati that Turkiye is ready to support Lebanon in its humanitarian needs, the statement said.
