DADU: Police on Saturday claimed to have arrested a woman and two alleged hired killers whose services she had bought to get her ‘harasser’ eliminated in Bhan Syedabad town on July 14.

Bhan Syedabad police station’s SHO, Abdul Latif Rajpar, Sehwan DSP Ahmed Bux Rahojo and Madadgar-15 in-charge Manzoor Dal disclosed at a press conference at the police station that police had finally arrested three of the murder suspects identified as Ms Reshmaan Channa, Ajib Shah and Niaz Shah.

They said that the two suspects had confessed to have killed Sikandar Ali Bughio after getting his murder contract from Ms Reshmaan. They said that Ms Reshmaan had agreed to pay Rs400,000 to them and their accomplices Bagan Shah and Sattar Chandio for murdering Sikandar, said the police officials.

They said that police found during investigation that Reshmaan had given Rs100,000 to the suspects as advance payment for killing Sikandar and given the remaining amount after completion of the contract.

They said that according to preliminary investigation Reshmaan had hired the killers to get rid of Sikandar because he had been harassing her for a long time to establish illicit relations with him. The remaining suspects would be arrested soon, said the police officials.
