KARACHI, April 4: The demolition squad of the KBCA on Tuesday razed various illegal constructions in different towns on the directives of the Chief Controller, Mumtaz- ur-Rehman. According to details, a KBCA demolition squad razed illegal staircase on plot no 23, SB-6 in Saddar Town.

Illegal shops, built in the arcade area in Gulshan-i-Shamim, Federal B Area Block 9, in Gulberg Town, were also razed.

The demolition squad also razed illegal constructions on plot no C-20, Block 16, Scheme 36 in Gulistan-i-Jauhar of Gulshan-i-Iqbal Town.

Another team shattered the partition walls and columns on the ground floor and shuttering on the second floor on plot no A-18/423 besides pulling down temporary constructions on plot 20/423 in Malir Town.

Deputy controllers, assistant controllers and demolition officers of the concerned areas supervised these operations.
