Second marriage claims Nazim’s life

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Feb 4: Second marriage claimed the life of a union council Nazim in Dera Ismail Khan.  

Lachra Union Council Nazim had married without the prior permission and consent of his first wife who after his second marriage left her home and was residing with her brothers.

Last morning, when Shabbir was on his way to Dera Ismail Khan in his car, his brother-in-law Malik Yaqoob son of Ghulam Jilani opened indiscriminate fire on his vehicle and fled.  

Shabbir, who was sitting on front seat, died on the spot whereas his driver Noor Muhammad injured.

Saddar police has registered a case under section 302/324/109 PPC against Yaqoob.

In the meanwhile, a young student was also gunned down by some unidentified killers. Salim son of Haji Abdul Hamid was coming home last evening when some unidentified persons opened fire on him in village Saidu Wali.

Salim who was a college student died on the way to the hospital.

A case has been registered against unidentified persons.
