LAHORE: The Punjab government on Monday assigned additional charge of posts of administrative secretaries to senior bureaucrats beside shuffling deputy commissioners.

Punjab agriculture department secretary Flt-Lt (retired) Iftikhar Ali Sahoo has been assigned the additional charge of secretary agriculture department, South Punjab, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Punjab specialized healthcare and medical education department secretary Azmat Mahmud Khan has been given the additional charge of secretary specialized healthcare and medical education department, South Punjab, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Punjab primary and secondary healthcare department secretary Nadia Saquib has been given the additional charge of secretary primary and secondary healthcare department, South Punjab, in addition to her own duties, till further orders.

Director (Civil Defence), Punjab, Barakullah Khan has been transferred and posted as special secretary primary and secondary healthcare department against a vacant post.

OSD Aamir Mahmood has been posted as deputy secretary primary and secondary healthcare department against a vacant post.

The government transferred deputy commissioner Hafizabad Sundas Irshad and posted her as additional secretary, Chief Minister’s Office, Punjab.

Additional secretary Chief Minister’s Office, Punjab, Abdul Razzaq was transferred and posted as DC Hafizabad.

DC Nankana Sahib Muhammad Arshad has been transferred and directed to report to the S&GAD for further orders.

Deputy secretary Chief Minister’s Office, Punjab, Tasleem Akhtar Rao has been transferred and posted as DC Nankana Sahib.

Deputy secretary food department Shabbir Ahmad has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Layyah against a vacant post.

Deputy secretary information and culture department Majid Bin Ahmad has been transferred and posted as deputy secretary food department.
