LOWER DIR: Two children drowned in a pond in Osakai area of Ouch here on Saturday, residents and the police said.
They said that Sudais, 10, fell into the pond, and Hassan, 15, in a bid to save him also jumped into the water, but he too drowned. Residents recovered the bodies and shifted them to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Chakdara.
