Rs200 for attending convention

TOBA TEK SINGH, March 23: On the directive of provincial government high ups, district council officials paid Rs200 as pocket money to every person who went to Lahore on Thursday to attend PML convention from Toba district.

A reliable source disclosed to this correspondent that dozens of buses were provided to the government employees. They were also asked to get Rs200 for a visit to Lahore.

Meanwhile, transporters brought their buses and wagons to the general bus stand which they had taken off roads three days ago to avoid impounding by the police for the PML’s Lahore convention.
