PTF retains squad

KARACHI, March 22: Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) on Wednesday named four-member team for the Asia Oceania zone Davis Cup tie against India being held at Mumbai from April 7 to 9. The team is the same that recently went down 2-3 fighting to Taiwan after securing 2-1 lead in the away match, chairman of selectors’ Saeed Hai said on Wednesday.

The squad is currently undergoing training in the camp under the supervision of camp commandant, Rashid Malik. The team is scheduled to fly to Mumbai on April 2.

Aisamul Haq, Aqeel Khan, Asim Shafik and Jalil Khan. Naeem Khan(manager), Rashid Malik (non-playing captain).
