ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Army and Cosmopolitan Roses Academy won men’s and women’s title respectively of the National Netball Championship, which concluded here at the Liaquat Gymnasium of the Pakistan Sports Complex on Sunday.
In the men’s final, Army defeated Pakistan Navy 19-29 while Wapda outclassed Pakistan Police 47-9 in the third-position match.
The Cosmopolitan Roses Academy in an exciting final edged Army 21-19 in the women’s event while Sindh overwhelmed Punjab 28-9 in the third-position clash.
