ISLAMABAD, March 21: A teenage girl turned into a boy after undergoing a sex-change operation here at Railway General Hospital the other day. The 16-year-old girl, a resident of Chicha Watni Tehsil, was operated upon by a team of surgeons. It was some two months ago that she had started noticing physical changes like heavy voice and growth of moustache.

She then visited the railway hospital where doctors confirmed that her sex was changing and that she would eventually turn into a boy through natural process.—Staff Reporter
