KARACHI: The Sindh government has appointed Muhammad Abbas Baloch as the secretary of the universities and boards departments.
Mr Baloch, an officer of Ex-PCS in BS-20, was earlier posted at the Board of Revenue.
He replaced Noor Ahmed Samoo, an officer of Pakistan Administrative Service in BS-20, who was transferred and directed to report to the services, general administration and coordination department.
