LAKKI MARWAT: Two siblings were killed and four others, including their parents, received injuries when roof of a house collapsed in Hinjal Noorbaz area of Bannu district on Monday.

A rescue official said they immediately sent medical and disaster teams to the site when the control room received information about the incident. He said emergency officer Amjad Ali and station coordinator Waheedullah supervised the rescue operation.

The official identified the deceased as Kainaat, 8, and her brother Ahmad, 10, saying Hidayat, 34, his wife Mehnaz Bibi, 30, and children Bilal, 14, and Aleeza, 6, were injured in the incident.

The rescue personnel pulled out the bodies and injured from the debris and shifted them to the District Headquarters Hospital, Bannu.
