CHARSADDA: A man allegedly shot dead his wife and critically injured his son over money dispute in the limits of Sar Dheri police station here on Tuesday.

The injured, Hasnain, told police said that there was a dispute between his father Zahid Shah and his mother over money. He said that his father got angry and opened firing on her. He said that his mother was killed and he himself got serious injuries in the firing.

In another incident, Ashaq Hussian of Mardan was killed by his rivals over property dispute in the limits of City police station.

Gulap Syed, father of the deceased, nominated Khan Malik, Aziz Khan, Khan Bahadur of Par Hoti, Mardan, in the FIR.
