Decorations will always give your place a fresh and stylish look. The best thing about making decoration items is that you can replace the old ones with new amazing creations and change your surroundings with your innovative ideas.

Today, we’re going to make a flower vase by using simple everyday items. And, trust me kids, it’s going to look awesome!

Directions:

  1. Mark the bottle at the top, just below the neck of the bottle and cut this part under adult supervision, pictures 2 and 3.

  2. Apply double-sided tape around the bottle, as shown in picture 4.

  3. Remove the double-sided tape and firmly wrap the rope around the bottle until you reach the top, see pictures 5 and 6; the vase is almost ready.

  4. Cut three pieces of rope, each 12 inches long and make a braid, you will need three of these braids, picture 7.

  5. Paste two rope braids to the top of the vase and one at the bottom, picture 8.

  6. Cut at least 10 pieces of rope, each 1.5 inches long, picture 9.

  7. Make a one-inch wide coil from the rope, paste it on the vase and arrange the rope pieces around it in a circle to form the flower, see pictures 10 and 11.

  8. You can leave it as is or brush the rope pieces of flower to give it a fluffy look, picture 12.
