CHARSADDA, Feb 3: A meeting of the Charsadda District Development Committee on Saturday approved 103 development schemes in education, public health, roads and sanitation sectors.

District Nazim Nasir Mohammad Khan, who presided over the meeting, expressed concern over the cold response of the Water and Power Development Authority and said Wapda had not finalized the estimate for village electrification schemes of various union councils.

The meeting discussed 37 development schemes of Charsadda Tehsil. It was noted that no scheme from the Tangi Tehsil had been sent to the committee.

A committee was constituted  to finalize arrangements for Kashmir Solidarity Day.
