Kamran inspires Eagles

LAHORE, March 8: An unbeaten 68 by Kamran Sajid helped Lahore Eagles to a narrow two-wicket win over Sialkot Stallions in a Gold League match of the National One-day Regional cricket championship at the Sheikhupura Stadium on Wednesday.

Chasing a small target of 165, the Eagles were well placed at 127 for two before Bilal Khilji took three wickets in quick successions without any addition to the total.

But Kamran stood firm to see him through in the 42nd over.
