Speaking to the media as he arrived at the National Assembly, PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif termed it an “enmity” against the country to write a letter to the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
His comments come just days after PTI leader Imran Khan penned a letter to the IMF asking for it to call for an independent audit of the Feb 8 general elections.
“Political parties cannot just write letters like that. Only those with authority can do so,” he said.
