Fazal and Saad shine for NG

KARACHI, March 3: Off-spinner Fazal Hussain with a five-wicket haul helped Northern Gymkhana (NG) trounce Dacca Wonders (DW) by 163 runs in the KCCA Inter-clubs cricket tournament at the New United Ground on Thursday.

Fazal excelled with his match-winning figures of 5-24 as the winners restricted their opponents to just 160 in defending their huge target of 323 runs in 40 overs.

Earlier, Saad Bashir (80) and Shahzad Ahmed (56) inspired NG to amass a big target while batting first.
