LAKKI MARWAT: Body of a boy was found hanging from a tree in Pirbakhel area of Bannu district on Sunday.
A police official identified the deceased as Mohammad Afnan, 11, a resident of Jhangi Kallay area.
The official said the incident occurred in the limits of Domel police station. “Local residents spotted the body hanging from a tree with a rope, and informed the police,” he said.
The official said the police shifted the body to the District Headquarters Hospital. He said police had registered a case and began investigation.
