RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) has installed massage chairs for departing passengers at Islamabad International Airport’s domestic and international departure lounges.

The chief operating officer (COO)/airport manager of the airport inaugurated the facility, as the CAA is providing this complimentary service for the convenience of passengers at the airport.

The purpose of this initiative is to create an environment that exceeds passenger expectations and ensures a comfortable travel experience. Besides, the complimentary tea stall is also part of the free service to passengers.

The initiative also seeks to enhance the aesthetics and ambiance of the lounges at the airport.
