LAHORE: To streamline the services for investors, a one-window operation – the Business Facilitation Centre – was inaugurated on The Mall here on Monday.

“The Business Facilitation Centre brings together 20 government departments under one roof, streamlining processes for investors. Aiming to provide 106 NOCs within 15 days, with a swift 10-day process for overseas Pakistanis and foreign investors we have planned to expand this initiative with five new centres in Multan, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Sialkot within the next month,” caretaker chief minister Mohsin Naqvi said on X (formerly Twitter) after inauguration of the centre.

The consul generals of China and Turkiye were also present on the occasion.

Naqvi acknowledged the pivotal role played by the department of industries and Lahore Chambers of Commerce and Industry in its establishment.
