The United States will continue to press for extending a temporary truce in Gaza, the White House said, as Israel resumed bombarding the enclave, AFP reports.
“We continue to work with Israel, Egypt, and Qatar on efforts to extend the humanitarian pause in Gaza,” a National Security Council spokesperson said.
