Indians arrive amid tight security

KARACHI, Feb 17: The Indian cricket team arrived in the city on Friday for the fifth and last One day International (ODI) to be played on Sunday at National Stadium. Tight security arrangements greeted Rahul Dravid’s men at the Quaid-i-Azam International Airport. The visiting side was surrounded by a large number of security personnel who then escorted the squad to the downtown teams’ hotel.

The Indians who already claimed the ODI series 3-1 when they defeated home team in the fourth ODI at Multan are due to have nets atthe NSK on Saturday from 1-30pm. Meanwhile, the Pakistan squad flew here on Thursday night for the final ODI and will have their nets at NSK from 9-12am.—PPI
