An Israeli strike targeted all the residential homes late last night near Al-Shifa Hospital that have solar panels on the top, Al Jazeera reports.
“What Israel army wants people to do is to leave. The last source that’s keeping them in Gaza was the tiny bit of electricity they got from the solar panels.”
The same thing happened in the early hours of this morning, near Nasser Hospital [in western Gaza City], a specialised children’s hospital. All the solar panels on top of that hospital and the surrounding homes of it were destroyed, the report added.
