Palestinian Ambassador to UK Husam Zamlot says people in Gaza are terrified that connections in the besieged enclave will be cut once again and urged Elon Musk to “get the right support to internationally recognised aid organisations” on the ground.

In a post on X, he said he talked to his family in Gaza early morning.

“They told me being without communications was as traumatic as anything they have witnessed in this horrific situation. They were unable to communicate with loved ones, or call ambulances or rescue teams. They did not know who would know if they were harmed or killed,” he said.
