MIRPURKHAS, Feb 11: Mirpurkhas District and Sessions Judge Faiz Rasool Shah Rashidi on Saturday accepted unconditional apology of in charge of the Mirwah Gorchani police post for keeping an innocent person in illegal confinement.
On Friday, civil judge and third judicial magistrate Shakeel Ahmed in a written complaint said that he had raided the police post and found a person, Mohan, in lock-up without entry in official register.
The visiting official ordered in charge of the police post, sub-inspector Piaro Khan Umrani, to appear before the sessions court on Saturday.
