LARKANA: Nazim opens medical camp

LARKANA, Feb 1: District Nazim Mohammad Bakhsh Arijo on Tuesday inaugurated a free blood screening camp organized by the Shahbaz Social Welfare Association for thalassaemia patients.

On the occasion, volunteers donated 52 packs of blood for the patients.

Gulsher Mangi, general secretary of the association, said that 20 patients of thalassaemia would be provided blood after mandatory screening of the packs.

Medical Superintendent of the CMCH visited the camp and assured his cooperation to the organization.

The district nazim emphasized the need of expanding services to remote areas of the district.

He assured his support for the organization.

The organizers appealed to philanthropists to come forward and help social organizations.
