President Dr Arif Alvi has revealed that he had written to the army chief, expressing grief over May 9 riots and attacks on military installations amid protests over PTI chief Imran Khan’s arrest.
He shared this on Geo News programme ‘Capital Talk’, saying that the letter was not for public consumption.
The president also said during the interview those involved in May 9 riots should not just be condemned, but action should also be taken against them.
