Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that the decision regarding the venue for protests, planned by the Pakistan Democratic Movement against the Supreme Court, will be decided tomorrow after consultation between heads of all the parties in the ruling coalition, according to DawnNewsTV.

Earlier in the day, the minister had said that he there were reports regarding protests turning violent and had subsequently requested PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman to shift the demonstration outside the Red Zone.

Later at 10pm, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Sanaullah met Fazl. After the meeting, DawnNewsTV reported the ministers as saying that the JUI-F leader had assured protests would remain peaceful.
