LAHORE: The Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) has launched another investigation into the corruption charges against former provincial health minister and PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid in the alleged scam at the Expo Centre.

According to the ACE, corruption of millions of rupees was allegedly committed when the Expo Centre was converted to the Covid-19 centre during the tenure of Dr Rashid as health minister. The ACE said it had started probing this matter and sought a record from the health secretary by April 19.

Meanwhile, the ACE registered a case against PTI former MPA Aamir Nawaz and another PTI leader Malik Muzaffar of Bahawalpur for allegedly construction on the state land.
