KARACHI, Jan 15: Sindh Home Minister Rauf Siddiqui terming paramedical staff the backbone of health department assured them of every possible help for resolving their genuine issues. Talking to a delegation of Sindh Paramedical Staff Association, which called on him at his office on Saturday evening, the minister said: “Paramedical staff forms an essential part of health department and patients could not be cured without their services”.

He assured them of his full cooperation for solving their genuine problems.

The delegation earlier sought his help in issuing of notification regarding the service structure of paramedics so that more than 35,000 paramedics serving in various hospitals could be facilitated.

On the occasion, the delegation congratulated the home minister as well as the officers of law enforcing agencies for ensuring peaceful transportation of hides during Eidul Azha. –-APP/PPI
