LAHORE: The Anti Corruption Establishment (ACE) has launched an investigation against three more former lawmakers of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).

The ACE Lahore initiated a probe against former provincial minister Hafiz Mumtaz Ahmed allegedly for receiving bribes from patwaris.

Former state minister Farrukh Habib and former MNA Raza Nasrullah Ghamman are being probed for “setting up an illegal petrol pump” and alleged corruption in Parks and Horticulture Department, respectively.

They were summoned to join the probe but they did not appear before the ACE.

Meanwhile, the ACE re-summoned former MPA Abdul Hai Dasti for March 15 in a corruption case registered against him. A sum of Rs150 million had allegedly been recovered from his house.
