‘Singh may visit Pakistan’

NEW DELHI, Jan 13: Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh may yet visit Pakistan to watch one of five limited-overs matches during current cricket series between the two countries, Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar has said, according to a United News of India dispatch from Karachi.

Mr Pawar gave this information to journalists at Karachi airport on his arrival on Friday to attend a meeting of the International Cricket Council meeting.

Mr Pawar, who heads the Board for Cricket Control in India, said a final decision on Indian Prime Minister Dr Singh’s visit to Pakistan was yet to be taken.
