PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa caretaker Chief Minister Mohammad Azam Khan has taken notice of the petroleum products’ shortage in the province, and has directed the chief secretary to seek report from all the deputy commissioners on the matter.
The chief minister said steps would be taken to ensure availability of petrol and diesel for the general public, according to a statement issued from the Chief Minister’s House on Saturday. It said those involved in creating shortage would be dealt with according to the law.
The statement said the chief minister also sought report on availability of wheat flour in the market.
