ARL on top thanks to Saad, Sohail

LAHORE, Jan 5: Devastating bowling by medium-pacer Saad Altaf and Sohail Tanvir, who shared nine wickets enabled ARL to gain 51-run lead on the first innings against PTV in the Patron’s Trophy Grade-II final at Multan Stadium on Thursday.

Saad grabbed five wickets for 69 while Sohail captured four for 74 as PTV were all out for 146 in 49.4 overs while replying to ARL’s total of 197. By close of play, ARL were 114-4 in the second innings and were ahead of 63-run after wiping out the lead.
