RAWALPINDI: The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) reshuffled 16 senior officials, including the manager of Islamabad International Airport (IIA).

The CAA Human Resource Directorate issued posting orders for the officials according to which Syed Aftab Ali Shah Gilani, senior joint director, currently posted as deputy airport manager Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore has been appointed as the manager of the IIA.

Mohammad Imran Khan, senior additional director air traffic control, presently posted as the airport manager Jinnah International Airport (JIA) Karachi, who has been appointed as the chief operating officer (COO) of the airport.

Ather Farooq, senior director ATC, serving as COOJIA Karachi has been posted as RFC of the same airport; Tahir Sikandar, senior additional director posted at the CAA headquarters has been made APM of the Karachi airport. Mohammad Adnan, senior joint director, presently posted as APM) IIA has been posted to the AIIA Lahore for ATC duties, Wakeel Ahmad Khan, joint director CAA board, posted as deputy airport manager in Islamabad while Abdul Basit, additional director commercial, has been transferred from Peshawar to the commercial north CAA headquarters.

Zia Ahmad from CAA HQ has been posted as COO/APM of Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar, Syed Ghazanfar Razaserving as deputy APM Multan airport has been posted as APM of the same Airport, while Mohammad Erfan Khan presently serving at AIIA Lahore has been posted as deputy APM of the Lahore airport.

Likewise, Mohammad Aslam Bhutto, presently posted at CAA headquarters, has been transferred to the CAA headquarters, Amir Mumtaz, additional director commercial, has been posted additional director HR at the CAA headquarters while Anwar Ali Farooq has been posted as additional director at the CAA headquarters.

Sadat Mohammad Khan, senior deputy director at IIA, is posted as APM of the Skardu airport while Habibullah Khan from Skardu airport has been posted to JIIA Karachi on ATC duty.
