RAWALPINDI: Citing law and order situation in the city, the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Rawalpindi, has postponed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) second 2022 annual practical exams.

According to BISE Controller of Examinations Prof Nasir Mehmood Awan, the practical exams earlier due to be held on Nov 8 and 9 had been postponed because of protests in the Rawalpindi city. He said that new dates for the exams would be announced later.

Mr Awan said that the practical exams were being held in Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal districts according to the schedule announced earlier.

Rawalpindi BISE spokesman Arslan Cheema said that in case of any difficulty the students could contact the board officials. He said that the board had postponed the second annual papers scheduled on Wednesday (today) due to the restoration of holiday on Iqbal Day.
