Bilal Haider appointed PITB head

LAHORE: Dr Syed Bilal Haider has been posted as chairman of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) on a deputation basis.

Terms and conditions of deputation of Dr Haider, who was an officer on special duty (OSD), will be settled separately. He has been posted as the PITB head in his own pay and scale against a vacant post.

The director-general (DG), Directorate General of Special Education, Punjab, Shafaat Ali, has been transferred and directed to report to the S&GAD for further orders.

Tariq Mahmood, an OSD, has been posted as the new DG in his own pay and scale.
