KARACHI: Ahsan Ramzan will defend his crown in the International Billiards and Snooker Federation (IBSF) World Snooker Championship (15-Reds) which cues-off at Antalya on Friday.

Ahsan is among the four-member team which is set to fly to the Turkish city early in the wee hours of Friday. Other three members include Mohammad Sajjad, Babar Masih and Haris Tahir.

It is pertinent to mention that 16-year old Ahsan rose to fame when he clinched the world crown at Doha in March this year. He defeated Iran’s Amir Sarkhosh in marathon 11 frames final by 6-5.
