Ireland women train in Lahore

LAHORE: The Ireland women cricket team held their first training session here at the Gaddafi Stadium on Monday, ahead of their One-day International and T20I series against hosts Pakistan.

The Irish squad, which landed in the city a day earlier, will take on Bismah Maroof and co. in six ODIs and as many T20Is at the iconic venue from Nov. 4-16.

The visitors will undergo three more practice sessions before the first ODI.
