Pakistan share spoils with Bangladesh

ISLAMABAD, Dec 22: Pakistan and Bangladesh drew a blank in the Asian Cup qualifying soccer match played in Dhaka on Thursday, according to a Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) spokesman.

It was a satisfying result for Pakistan who lost to Bangladesh 1-0 in the semifinal of the recently concluded SAFF soccer championship courtesy a debatable penalty kick.

The two teams will now meet in the second leg in Karachi on Dec 26 at the Peoples Stadium.
