KARACHI, Dec 17: Shabbir Iqbal shot another brilliant second round of four under on the penultimate day of Chief of Naval Staff golf championship at Karachi Golf Club on Saturday.

Pakistan Navy’s Shabbir after firing five under-par 67 on day one, maintained his form with four under-par 68 to remain on top with an aggregate of 135 in 54-hole Rs.800,000 prize money championship.

Until and unless someone produces an extraordinary performance in the third and final round, Shabbir is poised to take the title.
