MUZAFFARABAD: A civilian driver and an army soldier were killed and three others were slightly injured after a loaded truck they were on board fell into a ravine in the small hours of Friday.
The accident occurred near Changaan village, some 110 kilometres from here in the upper belt of Neelum valley, either due to some technical fault or sleepiness of the driver, said Akhtar Ayoub, an official based in district headquarters Athmuqam.
He identified the deceased as driver Tahir Ibrahim Shah and soldier Sajjad Ali.
