BAJAUR: Doctors at the district headquarters hospital, Khar, here on Thursday closed the OPDs for over two hours and held a protest demonstration against alleged misbehaviour of the hospital’s medical superintendent.

They first closed OPDs and then gathered at the hospital’s administration block to lodge a protest against the MS Dr Liaquat Khan over his alleged rude behaviour with them.

The closure of OPDs also prompted the patients and their relatives to come out on Khar-Inayat Kallay road outside the hospital to stage a protest demonstration.

A delegation led by Khar council chairman Haji Said Badshah later approached the protesting doctors and MS to resolve their rift where the doctors agreed to end their protest.
