PML-N observes Youm-i-Takbeer

He said that despite external pressures Nawaz Sharif’s government hadconducted nuclear tests and madePakistan the first Islamic and seventhcountry in the world tobecome a nuclear power, which was a huge and remarkable achievement.

Highlighting the progress madeduring various tenures of the PML-N government, he said thatmegaprojects had been started, which would be completed in the stipulated time.

Criticising Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, he said that its long march on Islamabad had completely failed despite the illegitimate use of KP’s official machinery. He said people were fed up with PTI chairman Imran Khan who had been doing politics of agitation and levelling baseless accusations against his political rivals.

He said the party expected participation of millions of people in its long march, but all its speculations went wrong after people of the province distanced themselves from the party due to its wrong policies.

He said Imran Khan’s drama regarding dissolution of the National Assembly stood exposed as neither did he dissolve the KP Assembly nor PTI lawmakers appear before the NA speaker for verification of their resignations.

About therising fuel prices in the country, Mr Muqam said that the inflation was theresult of weak economic policies of the previous government.
