MIRPURKHAS: Federal Minister for Alleviation of Poverty and Social Protection Shazia Atta Marri has claimed that the masses will always remember Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari’s struggle for democracy to rid the country of Imran Khan.

She blamed that Imran Khan did not even respect people, including his opponents, and used abusive language against them. It was the reason that the masses had rejected him and he had become mentally upset, she said.

She was speaking at a reception given in her honour by Pakistan Peoples Party’s local leader Umer Gul Hingorjo at the village of Jamalabad, Khipro taluka, Sanghar district, the other day.

She alleged that Imran Khan was instigating the masses, though he had given nothing to the country except for price hike and unemployment.

In the past, she said, Imran Khan had said that he would commit suicide rather than approaching the International Monetary Fund (IMF). But he had to approach the IMF and got financial relief from it with all terms and conditions instead of committing the suicide, she criticised.

She said the masses would always remember the struggle of Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari for democracy due to which they got rid of the inefficient Imran government.

She said Imran Khan had become mentally upset after removal from the prime minister post.

She observed that Imran Khan had obsession with Kashmir, which caused damage to the issue.

Saying that the masses wanted to see PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari as prime minister of Pakistan, she expressed that in future, he would be elected premier to ensure the policies of his mother Benazir Bhutto in the country.

She said that a revolution took place in Sanghar district because of hard work and implementation on development work without any discrimination. “We have made the ideology of Bhutto in the district strong and achieved more than success in the previous election also in Achchra Thar.
