KARACHI, Dec 5: Pakistan maintained their domination in the traditional Enterprise class when they scooped up individual gold as well on the second day of Asian Yachting Regatta at Marina Club on Monday. Pakistan had a clean sweep in Enterprise team racing as they won its last race against Sri Lanka and finished with four straight wins to pick gold. India grabbed silver while Sri Lanka snatched bronze.

Sri Lanka’s Optimist team comprising Devin Goonawardene, Ishan Abeysekera, Nadine De Rosiro and Indrajith pocketed gold. Pakistan ‘A’ claimed silver and Pakistan ‘B’ secured bronze.

Pakistan clinched the individual gold and bronze through Mamoon Sadiq-Rana Waqas with Indian pair Mahesh-G L Yadav taking silver and Pakistan’s Sheharyar Arshad-Muhammad Riaz grabbing bronze.

The Optimist individual races in under-12 and U-15 will be held on Tuesday.—APP
