First batch of pilgrims leaves

FAISALABAD, Dec 4: Federal Textile Industries Minister Mushtaq Ali Cheema, District Nazim Rana Zahid Tauseef, DCO Athar Husain Khan and industrialists saw the first batch of 184 intending Haj pilgrims off on Sunday.

The administration and trade bodies hosted a luncheon in their honour at the local Haji camp where they were briefed on the travelling requirements.

The pilgrims were provided with their boarding cards. —Staff Correspondent
